Activating windows 8.1 pro oem

I have a pc with windows 8.1 Pro. I Upgraded this PC from a previous Windows 7 since the beginning the activation always failed with "Error code: 0x8007007B" but I did not mind. Now I want to upgrade to Windows 10 and I have to activate my Windows 8.1 pro. I don't have the product key so the only way is to activate on line but it doesn't work...can you help me?
