Activating windows 10 after a hardware change (motherboard) error code: 0xc004c003

I recently changed my cpu and the motherboard, I have the product key with me, and when i type the key in, it tells me that, "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license of product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below (0xc004c003)

Pls help me, the watermark on the bottom also make me lag in game.
