Activate Windows after a hardware change.

Recently installed a new CPU into my computer and now I have this Activate Windows watermark on my screen. The support page said to troubleshoot the key in settings, but all that did was keep giving me errors. I'd rather not resort to having to break my computer, and definitely don't want to buy a new key. Tried contacting support and have been waiting for about a week now. I have Windows 11 so if anyone knows what to do to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.
