Action center not opening in 24H2

[Windows 11]

I updated to Windows 11 24H2, and now the action center (wifi, volume, quick settings toggles flyout) is borked.Things I've tried with no success:- Running "sfc /scannow"- Restarting explorer.exe- Running "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth"Can you give me a solution that doesn't involve reinstalling Windows or creating another user profile? Thanks.
