Acer Thinkmate x514-51 used to be super fast now super slow

Acer Thinkmate x514-51 used to be super fast running Windows 10 Pro.Intel Core i7-8565U @1.8GHX16GB RAM512SSD NVMe WDC PC SN520 SDAAdded some softweare over time and around a year ago some car diagnostic SW (BMW ISTA Tools), and soem CAD (Fusion) and around that time became unresponsive - 20 sec to open Explorer, internet tab, etc. I thought it was the SW being a bit too much for it.Was running Office 2019, and using for Excel, etc., only really need it for that and for broswing.But it was so slow you would end up opening 2 or everything thinking you hadn't clicked!So made a compeletly fresh
