Acer Laptop- Sound Not Working

When I restart my computer, the sound shows as working in the taskbar for a second but then the sound options disappear and over the icon it has an "x" as if my sound is muted. I have done the Windows troubleshooting, confirmed my computer is fully updated, reset my sound settings, deleted the drivers, even factory reset my computer. The problem still exists. None of this fixed it. I have an Acer laptop (Nitro AN515-46).I want to add that I bought this laptop about 8 months ago. I never had this issue before. But I haven't used it much in the last couple of months, and now this is a problem. P
