acer aspire AV14-52p with windows 11 lost audio driver issue

This has lost all audio visibility. There is no "sound, video, game controller button" appearing in the device manager window. So I can't proceed with checking driver even. I've downloaded the realtek driver to reinstall it but the computer is blocking the installation. Help please.I understand this is an ongoing issue with other users. When will the fix be posted?
