Account recovery

I can’t recover my old microsoft account, I don’t have access to the old phone number or any of the information i used when making it because i don’t remember what fake birthday **** 15 year old me put so i could make the account. I can’t remember anything to get it back but somebody changed the password to it and has access to my old data and I don’t remember what potential data was left on that account so I really need it back
