My Microsoft account was locked a little over a week ago and I was told to send a reinstatement form to reactivate my account. However, I was given the answer:"The account and billing activity associated with your Skype Account was thoroughly reviewed and the Skype account in question has recently been converged with a Microsoft account (MSA). Unfortunately, when a Skype account has been converged with a MSA, we are unable to assist with an account recovery as the convergence takes account recovery completely out of control of customer service.
