Account deactivated- please help

I can’t log in to my account, thus I cannot log in to my laptop. I need to finish my thesis so this is really urgent and I have tried everything. I know the correct password and when I put it in with the analyser this up port website offers, it says that there are no problems (which is false). Every time I try to log in I get the message that my account is deactivated due too many false log ins or turning my computer off too many times. It says to wait for 2 hours (which I have tried for 4 times since yesterday morning) or to log in in a different way (which also doesn’t seem to be possible).
