Account Blocked – Critical Data Access Needed for BitLocker Recovery Key

Description of the problem: I restarted my laptop this morning as it was lagging, but to my surprise, I encountered a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error (screenshot attached). I waited for it to enter automatic repair mode, but instead, it prompted me to enter the BitLocker recovery key.
