Hey everyone! I accidentally formatted my EFI partition and I need help restoring the windows boot manager. I'm currently dual booting arch & windows using systemd-boot I've followed this guide

and opened up diskpart using a windows install medium. The disks however aren't listed in "list disk" and I can't seem to find resources on this incredibly niche problem.Attached is my lsblk as seen in Arch and diskpart's output
