Accidentally Deleted Microsoft/Crypto Folder Contents

So, while trying to clean out some files, I accidentally deleted the contents of the Microsoft Crypto file (in AppData), thinking it was a crypto miner or something that'd slipped onto my computer in another file rather than critical system infrastructure. I used System Restore once I realized my mistake, but that didn't fix it, so I opened properties and directly restored the Crypto folder to a previous version.My question is thus: does this method fail to bring back any files I deleted and forgot about?
