accidentally deleted all the windows system 32 file

Can I still recover the deleted files using a USB installation, or should I just reinstall Windows?I recently dual-booted my laptop and installed another version of Windows 10. I made sure to copy all my important files, like pictures and documents.I’m thinking of trying to recover the System32 files using a USB installation. If that doesn’t work, I’ll just reinstall Windows 10.
