Accidentally Changing Ownership from TrustedInstaller

I accidentally changed ownership from TrustedInstaller to user account, and also checked "replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and "replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object". However, I changed the main one back to TrustedInstaller, should I check "replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and "replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object" again to switch ownership back to TrustedInstaller?
