Accidentally changed something. Site's content not running.

Hi,I hope I'm in the right place. Somehow, I managed to accidentally change something and now sites with content I interact with download but the interactive content doesn't appear. In the first case, the white squares should contain thumbnail links to the puzzles. In the second, a map showing local recycling locations should appear. Both sites work correctly on a friend's laptop, but we can't figure out what needs to be done. He thinks it's likely to be a simple fix. I hope so. Hope someone can help. Thanks.Richard
