Accessing my Learn account which was set up with an old employer email address

I was signed up to the learn.microsoft.com portal with the email address provided to me by my previous employer. The account was closed and blocked by the school in line with their security policy when I changed employer in April 2024 and I am unable to have the account reactivated. Can I please move this account to my personal email address as I completed a large number of courses and do not want to lose my progress. Many thanks.
