Access to C: and related tasks denied due to conflicts between Admn and guest accounts

I use Windows 7 Ultimate in one of my personal laptops, which I use rarely. Recently I created a guest account during which the system warned me of conflicts on permissions between Admn and guest accounts. I overlooked it and still created the guest account. Now I am unable to access C: and perform any tssks that require access to C:. How to fix this, please?
