Absolutely impossible to use HDR on TCL TV

Hi. - Nvidia RTX 4080. - New cable HDMI 2.1- New TV TCL 55C825- HDR on in desktop settings and everywhere else. However, when I connect the TV, the HDR doesn't get activated. If I go into settings on windows on the second display, where there is the HDR, it says both Not Supported (flow and HDR)I tried every possible thing and there is no way to make the TV use the HDR, but it supports all sort of HDR10+ and so on.
