About Windows Activation

Hello,Am just writing as I'm having difficulties activating my Windows.I recently just got my old Desktop Computer updated from Windows 7 to 10, unfortunately my desktop cannot run Windows 11 otherwise I'd go to 11. The tech shop I went to who did the update and said that the product key for my desktop would work, however, it just keeps saying I haven't got an invalid license.On the Activation screen in settings, it shows a error message to a product key (different from my desktop one).
