About the Blue Screen and 'Your computer ran into a problem... !"

Recently, I find that a 'blue' screen always appear in my notebook, saying 'Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart' then it restarts and all the application needs to be reopened after restarting ! It nearly happens once a day.My notebook is in model Samsung Galaxy 2 and Windows 11 is installed in it.Note : The problem seems to occur when a recent Samsung patches (it got patches to update frequently) has been updated, but does not happen when such update does not come !May I ask is there any approach that can prevent it from happening !
