Hello MS Support Team,Greetings! This is Miya Yin a Chinese user of MS in China.Yesterday, I've registered a MS account for personal use in home, and incorrectly input wrong birth date (have input as younger than 14). Now it makes me unable to use any software in system and always pop up a window let me get approval from adults. I didn't realize wrong birth date will bring me such as problem.However, right now I would like to change my profiles and set back birth date as older than 14Y.BTW, I've tried input a MS account that I'm using in the company for daily work. but also failed to pass thro
