A website keeps opening on cumputer start

About 15 seconds after I log into my account, an advertisement website opens in google chrome. There seems to be nothing I can do about it, malwarebytes did not find anything. The files suspected of causing this have been deleted/uninstalled (didn't work normally from settings menu).
