A suddenly pop up .exe file when shut down the laptop

Hi,Im using a Win 11 laptop - activated, and sometimes when i shut down my laptop, a .exe file pop up. The situation is like when you are using some microsoft apps and then shut down your laptop without closing them, and then the system wil show you that app and asks you if you want to close that app or ignore it. But my problem is difference, i never open that .exe file when im using my laptop, and its even a .exe file, not some app, its named something like ... manager.exe, and every time i have that problem - not usually, its that same file. And i worry i wether some error or something like
