A slight urgent for my PC

Hello my PC seems to be in it's own unique problem that started out as a download problem into a deeper problem with causing my PC to somehow have a corrupted file or something without being notified or being fixed at all, starting with trying to startup repair and fails to work, reinstall windows 11 did nothing, not even restarting my PC (and keep files) did not work they both fail, I have updated to the best I could and even geforce is not letting me update or intel driver & support assistant updates fail. My PC plays and works normally though
