A remote printer can be recognized, but it cannot be added.

Printere "HP LaserJet Professional P 1102w" cannot be accessed from a remote computer. When I open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, "Printers & scanners" page is opened. I clicked "Add a priter or scanner". "HP LaserJet Professional P 1102w" is shown. If I click on this and click "Add device", "That did not work" popup is diplayed. When I close this popup. The state of the printer becomes stuck with Failed.
