A red horizontal line on the taskbar

Hello,I found this horizontal red line on the bottom of my laptop screen after recent updates.https://ibb.co.com/1MwSc6RI already tried adjusting the resolution, refresh rate, and color depth in the display settings, and I also updated the display drivers. The red line is still there.I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue because the line disappeared when I entered the safe mode. Can somebody help me with this issue? How do you fix it? The computer also runs very slow after every update.Thanks.
