A random .vbs file pops up

during startup or on desktop it shows this type of error message: "Can Not Find Script C:\Users\s****\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DIa6420.25547.rartemp\src\silent.vbs" Keeps randomly popping up, what causes this?
