Hello .I have a question, so I've been noticing some weird things happening in my gaming laptop (Asus f15) .this morning I was playing cyberpunk and it had some weird hickups like delays and I checked tast manager and a found a program called " rasvc " it tool like most of my ram and cpu usage was over 50% I have no clue what it is or how it came to be so I looked up where it was stored and it led me to : os (c:)/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Tools/ {363c5e1e-6c.... the name keeps going basically thats the folder name it's in. I would write the whole name of it but I am not sure if I would be
