A program can't register to its site

[Windows 10]

Please, read to the end. On Windows 10, I Installed a program that tries to register over Internet but fails saying it can't connect to his site because I have an Internet problem. Naturaly, I have no problem with Internet. I tried with my wirewall and my antivirus off without succes. I tried to install Windows 10 on another drive to check on a fresh install, same result. I tried to install Windows 10 on another computer (an old laptop); this time, the program register perfectly without any modif to anything. It's like Windows adds a security level because of the new hardware.
