A pop sound occurs every time my laptop needs more power.

So I recently got this 500 bucks hp laptop, and I have noticed from the very first days that a pop sound occurs when, what I would say is the laptop doing a switch in how much power it is using. The sound occurs when opening new tabs, unpausing videos, every time when unpausing the preview while editing, every time when notifications come up, and even when I hover over tools in photoshop. It also seems like it does it randomly sometimes. When I mute the sound, or put earphones on, the pop sound doesn't occur anymore.
