a Microsoft WinRT Storage API problem

Hi,I'm working in an IT company and operating a app on Windows platform. By some reason, we need to run that app as administrator.We are using company's domain credential to identify ourself to "run as admin" by using another username.After we upgraded into Windows 11, we cannot open text file (.txt) in that app. Because the default app to open that in an "Open" window will be Microsoft WinRT Storage API, and when we click, we will get an error that says "a specified logon session does not exist. it may already have been terminated".I understand why it happens, because we are running this app
