a galaxy like structure of white stars on my windows 11 home screen

I see such a structure, which looks like a galaxy of stars, on all my Windows screens ( irrespective of which app I am running, like the Windows home page, Windows Settings, Chrome, etc.) in the background. But if I launch Terminal with a black screen, I don't see any spots, which kind of confirms that my display is good.I am including a print of one such screen for you to take a look. How do I resolve this issue?
