A directx 12 report is stopping me from playing marvel rivals

Hi, I am trying to play marvel rivals on steam and when i first launched the game it asked me to update my graphics driver to the latest version. I complied and did exactly that. i am now using graphic driver 32.0.101.6319. when i clicked continue it says "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." I checked what DirectX I'm using and it says I'm using DirectX 12 so i wanted to know how i could fix it. i also changed the command line and nothing worked. I've restarted my laptop and checked for updates but nothing worked. the same
