A Bing image that was displayed at startup in the mid June 2019 timeframe.

Would anyone know how to determine what Windows startup pic was displayed in the mid-June 2019 timeframe? It was similar to the above but a smaller barrel vault type tunnel with bright round windows or lights on the half round ceiling. Already tried looking thru my appdata file, with no joy.
