a big problem

After turning on my laptop , enter my password and the screen show that “this login option has been disabled based on numbers of failed login attempts or repeated shutdowns plz use other login option or plug in the device for at least two hours to try again.” I don’t know why this happen, but i think it’s because once the charging cable was quickly dragged off.After that time this problem keeps showing up.What can I do to fix this problem? please help me out.sorry for some phrases wrong or others problem I am taiwanese my english is kind of bad
