a big problem in performance

i am facing a major problem from few month. the problem is whenever i plug out the charger no matter it is fully charge or not even if i just turn on and off the switch the pc starts highly lagging and cpu clockspeed stucks at 0.38 GHz and it lasts about 20 to 30 minutes. i reached the acer customer service center but it didn't work
