Try to setup the new Dell laptop with Windows 11 recently, during the startup, one of the setup process is to use my MS account to synchronize all the devices under this account. it requires both my email address and password to authenticate. Since I forgot my email (hotmail) password, click forgot password link, I chose the MS to text me the authentication code. it kept on sending me a 6 digit code, but the Windows 11 setup process asking me to put in a 7 digit code and fail to authenticate the password resetting process. There is no other way to out of this step, so I am left with a no work
