5GHz Hotspot Setup Problem

This is my second time with the same problem. At first the 5GHz hotspot works perfectly fine but then after a restart it stops working. A solution I found to this is to perform a network reset everytime, but it also resets my VPN settings. I had the same problem on Windows 10 and unfortunately I had to reset and upgrade to Windows 11. I am still able to connect to 5GHz networks.
