5700 XT is broken after updates

Hello. There were no problems about a week ago, I was using my pc normally without any problems.After both windows update and amd driver update, my pc became extremely unstable, constant stutters, BSOD while gaming and got worse. I can't even boot windows with latest driver because amdkmdag.sys causes BSOD as soon as I install 23.4.1. I was using Windows 11, thought it was consistency problem, formatted, still happens, reverted back to Windows 10, still happens. Old drivers also have constant stuttering and I'm afraid my GPU is broken. I don't have anywhere else to test it so I can't be sure.
