4GB RAM , 128GB SSD, Intel i3 cpu 11th gen,TPM on board ? lenovo say specs not good

My lenovo ip3 4gb ram i3 core cpu 128 gb ssd 2.0 TPM is really lagging, high cpu , lenovo say 4gb is not enough ram when they are still selling this ,only now with w11 pre installed ? they say i gota upgarde to 12 gb ram? advice ???
