4 Dot lines when install windows 10

My ASUS laptop got a message saying select proper boot device and restart. After trying and failing all tries, it seems like the C:/ partition is formatted or something. I decided to install windows. After getting a Bootable dvd, i started from it. It is very slow like a snail. When i try to go with UPGRADE option, i redirect to activate windows menu. And i go with Other option. When i choose C:/ partition, it says the hdd may fail soon. I format it and cut about 31.5GB of space from it. And when i tried to install, it WON'T. And i aasign a letter to it, it still says the f*cking message. Next
