3Dio mic volume is way too quiet

I have a 3Dio and Zoom UAC-232 DAC to add gain. Before the most recent Windows update it was working perfectly fine, but once the update came though it has done something to the audio that leave it unable to be heard anymore. even when adding the max gain that my DAC can provide, which also now introduces an unreasonable amount of static, the volume is still barely audibleI am unable to roll back any drivers, and have also checked everything that I could think of to fix this issue.
