365 Personal email address is not recognised

I have 365 Personal which was renewed last in September 2022. I also have a 365 Business but that is intact.I received a notification a week or so ago that my subscription had been paid for xbox via paypal but I don't recognise this payment and I don't have an xbox. I do have an invoice number if needed.I tried to log on to check the details but my email address is not recognised, however, it is connected to someone else's email address and a different recovery email address.
