365 Laptop Background Isn't Changing anymore??

I've tried to fix this issue far to many times now. My daily spotlight lockscreen photo hasn't changed for over a month now. This started after my computer glitched out while I was organizing my files, not allowing me to move my cursor, to exit the page. This happened 2-3 times, each time I had to restart my computer, then the photo changed to its base blue background.I have tried changing it to and from, updating my computer, restarting it, and giving it time to try to update!
