32-bit progs. SEEM to be utilizing less RAM in 64-bit Win10 than they could in XP.

Dear Anyone.OK, sorry this is vague, I'm nowhere near good enough at Windows to know what I'm talking about! It's just a suspicion....I've got a legit. Windows 10. It's 64-bit. I've also got an XP music writing software that's 32-bit. Now I've used that thing for years in XP and I know what it's capable of holding at one time, VST-wise. I've just gotten to know what I could safely load it up with. In Windows 10 it just doesn't seem to be holding anywhere near as much before warning me it's 'memory full' (that's just because it's 32-bit, I've got 12 gig RAM but of course it can't access al
