32 bit program running in windows 11 stopped working in the updated version of windows 11. How the issue is to be solved ?

I was running a 32 bit software in windows 11 till now. Recently, my laptop has automatically updated windows 11. Since then, the 32 bit Ground water Modeling software has stopped working. What may be the issue ? Can anyone propose a solution ?
