3 little black lines at the bottom of my screen

I have an Alienware M15 R3 I used it yesterday and everything was perfect. I turn it on today and I notice that there are 3 thin little black lines at the bottom of my screen they're about one pixel wide and go the entire length of my screen. I have already ruled out physical damage, and I have already updated my Grahics drivers to the most current version. My computer is only 4-5 years old. About a month ago i did have to replace the battery because the other one expanded, but fortunately did not pop. How do I get rid of these lines?
