3.99GB Usable Only?

Hi community,I've recently installed more RAM into my Desktop PC to bring it up to 16GB. However, whenever I look at the About page in PC Settings it says "16.0 GB (3.99 GB usable). Maximum memory is unchecked and so is paging file size for drives. Also my motherboard is detecting the RAM, I've checked.Oh and I am running Windows 10 64-bit with a x64-based processor.Can anyone help?Thanks in advanceP.S.
