3/4 Power options not showing.

In my start menu I go to shut off my system but the only available option is Lock. I go to my shutdown settings in control panel and everything is selected. So why is only Lock button showing. I turn off and on the others but there's no difference. But when I turn off lock in shutdown settings the lock buttons goes. So basically what I'm saying is that the only active button that works is Lock even though the other buttons are turned on.
